COMMUNICATION
Phones are answered live Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm.  Phone Calls and Booking requests will be contacted on at various times on Saturdays.  All office operations are closed on Sunday’s, however we do perform moves on Sunday’s.  If your call is directed to voicemail during those hours expect a prompt return phone call.  The online from for scheduling a move can be filled out at anytime.  You’ll receive an instant response via email and will be contacted by someone in our office the following weekday.  On the day of your move you will be called or texted when your movers are on the way.  Jobs slated for the 2pm slot will be contacted between 11am and noon to give an update in regards to how our morning job is going.  Please understand being scheduled at 2pm you need to remain flexible as morning jobs end early or run a little late.

SCHEDULING YOUR MOVE
Give us a call at (206) 486-4301, or request your move through our website.  After you request a move online, it will be followed by a phone call from us to find out more details about your moving needs.  Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to $300 cancellation fee.  Rescheduling fee’s are $100.  When we hold your move time and day we say no to other people in need of a move.  The cancellation and rescheduling fee’s help cover the losses of missed opportunities.

MOVING DAY
Once we arrive, expect to spend 10-20 minutes discussing and signing paperwork. We are committed to playing by the rules of the industry, for your safety and ours. Once we’ve both crossed our T’s and dotted our I’s, we’ll begin moving your belongings!

PAYMENT
We accept cash, check or credit card, and payment is to be made immediately following your move. By WUTC rules we are allowed to take payment before the unload of your belongings, however this is something we choose not to practice.  There is a 5% fee for checks and credit cards.  If you’re paying by credit card it will be processed online through Square.
